Shipping:   In most cases we ship within 24 hours.   We ship via UPS Ground and USPS.  We try to ship the most cost effective way to save our buyers on shipping costs.  Pottery must ship via UPS to insure a safe delivery.  Live Plants ship on Mondays and Tuesdays via UPSP Priority mail.  Live plant shipments may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions.  We will notify you if this is the case.  Plants are in good condition when they ship, please be aware that live plants are not insurable.  We cannot guarantee that you will receive the plant in the same condition it left our hands, however we do our best to package accordingly for a safe shipping process.  We welcome local pick up at our retail store during regular business hours.  Please inform us prior to picking your items up so we can have your items onsite.

Combined Shipping:  We do combine shipping charges.  Please wait to receive an invoice before making your payment so we can combine shipping charges for you if you are buying multiple items.  Shipping charges for similar items purchased are usually 50% off, this may vary a bit depending on the weight of the items.

Returns:  We will accept returns if we made an error in listing an item.   If an item is damaged please provide us with a photograph via email and we will replace the item if available, otherwise a credit will be issued.   Returns are not accepted for live plants and clothing items.  If you are making a return or reporting a damaged item, we must be notified within 3 days of you receiving your items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Payment:   We accept Paypal, personal checks, and bank checks for payment.  If you are picking up locally we also accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover on pick up.  Payment must be made within 3 days or transaction will be canceled and an unpaid item strike may be filed against you.  Special arrangements can be made, please contact us prior to bidding.

Sales Tax:  PA residents will be charged 6% sales tax.  This will be added to you invoice.
