All shipping originates from 48237 zip code. Shipment will typically be US POSTAL SERVICE. Some larger items will ship via UPS Ground. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRIORITY MAIL OR FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL POST. Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment. Local pick-ups pay a $3 service fee and 6% MI sales tax.

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, along with all UNOPENED original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, price tags etc. Software sales are not refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
