Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted and purchases refunded (except for items sold "as-is") if I receive the item within 7 days of your receiving it.
Buyer pays cost of return shipping. Item must be returned with tracking number or Delivery Confirmation.
Buyer must contact me in advance, to inform me that the item is being returned.
Q: What if there is a problem with the item or its shipment?
A: Notify me immediately. I do not want any of my buyers to be disappointed, and I need to know as soon as you do.
Q: What if a package arrives damaged?
A: Immediately take photos of the package and e-mail them to me. Also take photos of the item, if it is also damaged from mishandling. This renders damage claims convincing. Q: How and when do you send items by USPS?
A: I send your USPS package with a Delivery Confirmation slip, so that I might be sure that you have received it. I get USPS-sent items out within three business days of cleared payment; the very-next day when possible.
Q: When can I expect my UPS-shipped order to arrive?
A: Your order should arrive according to UPS Ground Service's schedule for delivery to your address. Because I know what it's like to wait for an item, I'll send it "ASAP" before then.
If your payment clears on Saturday, it goes out the following Monday (excepting Holidays falling on Mondays, making Tuesday the day it is sent out).
Generally speaking:
I try to get items to USA buyers in no more than a week's time after their payments have cleared.
Q: How much is the UPS Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: The UPS Shipping charge is a very closely-averaged flat amount of what the item costs, according to the package's dimensions and weight, to be shipped anywhere in the USA by UPS, as well as any insurance fee for items valued at over $100. In some cases I do lose money on shipping, just to keep the cost to you reasonable and to ensure the quality of the packing and delivery. In the rare event that I might have overcharged you, I'll refund the difference by PayPal.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes and No:
If an item is to be sent via UPS, I ship it to only the contiguous 48 States of the USA. In this cazse, buyers in AK, HI and Puerto Rico must provide a ship-to address within the "48 States," and I am quite willing to sell to Canadians if the buyer provides such a ship-to address.
If an item is to be shipped by USPS, I shall usually offer some sort of international shipping, although with some restrictions on destinations.
