MID CENTURY BLUE GREEN TABLE LAMP WITH SHADE

FRESH FROM A LOCAL ESTATE!!!  Up for auction is this very unique vintage MID-CENTURY MODERN TABLE OR BOUDOIR LAMP.  The pictures do not do this item justice, especially the color.  It is a blue-green color and depending on the light it is bluer or greener.  The shade is a very awesome 2-tier fiber-glass shade.  The bottom tier is about 2 1/2" tall and 9" wide.  The top tier is about 4" tall and 7" wide at the top.  I see no damage to the shade.  When I look at the shade it is more of a green color than blue.  The base is a beautiful iridescent blue/green.  It measures about 11" to the top of the socket. The ceramic base is about 8 1/2" tall and about 4 1/2" at the widest point. The lamp is fitted with a standard fixture that operates on a standard light bulb (not included).  The lamp is in excellent working order. However, since it is vintage, it is being sold with no warranty or guarantee.  The felt is intact on the bottom of the lamp - It is in excellent overall condition - It has one micro "ding" that may have happened during manufacture, but it does not detract from this piece in the least! Selling "as is" - EXCELLENT lamp to add to your mid-century collection or as a great finishing touch to you 50's  Mid-Century decor.
