Disc #1-Basic Step-by-Step : consists of 7 exercises which are the foundation of all Pilates. Mari Winsor breaks down the exercises sep-by-step so you really understand where your powerhouse is - 29 minutes.

Disc #2-20 Minute Workout. Mari has designed the perfect program for when you don't have a lot of time to workout. In just 20 minutes a day, you'll tighten and tone your buttock and thighs - 26 minutes.

Disc #3-Accelerated Body Sculpting: This workout is a series of choreographed moves, whether a beginner or advanced, this system allows you to tailor your workout based upon your level of physical fitness - 57 minutes.
