STORE POLICY:

Television Shipping Policy: All sales of LCD/Plasma/Televisions are final and may not be returned. The following are responsibilities of the customer when taking delivery of any television 32" and above:

1. Customers who purchased shipping insurance must carefully inspect the box of your TV before the shipper leaves your premises. If you find the unit is damaged due to delivery mishap you may refuse delivery for a defective exchange. When we receive the unit back at our warehouse, a claim will then be issued for your TV.
2. If the television meets your expectations, you must sign the release form supplied by the shipper to fully complete the delivery process. Your signature confirms that you understand this LCD/Plasma/Television Return Policy and agree that you cannot return the television.
3. Once the television has been delivered please refer to "Manufacturer Returns" or refer to any applicable warranty you might have.

• Payment required within 7 days after winning the auction. Non-paying winners will be reported to ebay and an unpaid strike will be filed.
• We reserve the right to cancel any bid.
• We are not responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
• Florida buyers are responsible for applicable sales tax.

• We need to contact all of our customers who order TVs above 32 inches in size in order to confirm Delivery arrangements
• We are not responsible for typographical errors. The photographs of some accessories may not reflect the actual item shipped. We reserve the right to substitute accessories for similar ones of equal or greater value. We do not offer price protection if the price of an item that you purchased. Prices do change . All orders are subject to verification before shipment. Insurance charges are not included in the shipping price.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• We usually ship within 2-3 business days after receiving payment. Please be aware that weekends are not business days.
• All express methods of shipment still require 2-3 days of processing time. If you need it quicker, you must call and speak to a representative.
• Canada and other international buyers are responsible for all duties, customs charges, and/or brokerage fees. We cannot ship as a gift, or claim as lower value. Call us for international shipping prices.
• Buyers outside of the US and Canada must ship to the their credit card billing address.
• We ship everything professionally out of our state of the art warehouse.
• The price for shipping quoted on this page does not include shipping insurance. Shipping insurance is an option offered by shipping carrier which protects the recipient of any loss or damages while in transit. If shipping insurance is not selected and your package is either lost or damaged, you the recipient will be responsible for any loss or damage and not the shipping carrier.
  

RETURN POLICY:

• Returned packages without proper RMA will be refused by our warehouse and returned to you. Customers who refuse a delivery, will be subject to charges for return shipping to us. If the item was advertised as Free Shipping, then we will charge the amount of shipping as determined by the freight shipping calculator.
• All returns are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee. The restocking percentage will depend on the condition of the returned product. Any insurance costs are non refundable.
• All returns must be packed with all contents which came with the original package including, cables, software, plastic and cardboard packaging, and unregistered warranty card.
