RETURNS/EXCHANGES

IN-HOUSE WARRANTY: 90 DAYS

No refunds, No exceptions. The item will be repaired or you will be given a comparable or newer replacement.

Our In-house 90-Day Warranty guarantees the products we sell to be free from defects in manufacture. If your product fails to operate during normal use within this covered period, A*Great Deals 4U will repair or replace the unit at its discretion. ‘Normal Use’ implies correct installation, maintainence and protection from deliberate or accidental catastrophic damage. A*Great Deals 4U will keep your product information on file, including details of the unit you have purchased. Please reference your Ebay ID and the Ebay Item ID when requesting an RMA or in any correspondence.

Items covered under our warranty must be shipped back to us for repair/replacement. If you have a warranty repair you must contact us via email for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). See Return Procedure, below.

Our warranty covers only factory defects. If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us regarding the return. Factory warranties override our in-house warranty. In the case an item is covered by a factory warranty, our in-house warranty is null and void.

The buyer pays shipping for any returned merchandise.

Please check your installation before requesting an RMA number. We are not responsible for damage incurred by installation.

Items being returned must be accompanied with a valid RMA number for your item, and it must be returned in its original box and packaging with all packaging material, accessories, manuals, and ALL parts. There is a fee for any product received with parts missing, so remember: SAVE YOUR PACKAGING!

Please allow up to two weeks for return processing. You will be notified as soon as the replacement unit has shipped.
