Up for bid is a  1 (one) 32 x 32 Canyon Plate Baseplate with Blue Underwater Pattern

From set # 6195  Neptune Discovery Lab (also known as Aqua Dome 7)

 

Even though this set and baseplate were in limited release in 1995 the pattern and dimentions of the baseplate match the generic 32x32 Canyon Plate (see generic part reference: 32x32 Canyon Plate)
