PLEASE NOTE: My shipping costs may sometimes seem high to my US customers.
Please be aware that shipping through Canada Post, whether within Canada or to the US,
is much more costly than shipping within the US.
Canada Post uses dimensional weight for anything weighing over 2.2 pounds
and offers no equivalent to Book or Media Rate.
You can ship a 10-lb book with USPS from Vermont to California for $5.19.
It costs me $17.19 to ship it from Quebec to British Columbia,
and $27.13 to ship it from Quebec to California.
In addition, if a package is more than 2 cm thick,
the price jumps from $2-$3 for Letter Rate to $10 and more for Parcel Rate.
Please bear with me (and other Canadian sellers) who have to deal with this!
