We were at an estate sale yesterday, and while I don't usually buy a lot of the old books, the cover on this one caught my eye - and, of course, so did the title. Published by Conkey, Chicago, Illinois, and,for the most part, it is in very nice condition. It does have a few problems - the first page is loose and quite brittle. It is a blank page except for the owner's name, Lillie A. Peterson. It has come apart and part of the netting on the cover is exposed. It looks like most of the paper is there, but it is too brittle to reattach, and up to page 4 there is a little paper loss on the edge. The remainder of the pages are fine, but very yellowed from age. There are 334 pages, and it measures 6 1/4" by 4 1/4". There is no page that tells the date of publication, but I would guess it would be 20's to 30's. Can be shipped media mail for $2.00 to anywhere in the US. Shipping outside the US will vary.
