We ship all orders by either UPS or USPS; this depends on which method is most cost effective for the customer and is determined by the weight and destination of the item(s) that are being shipped. They have a proven track record of success and their dependability is unmatched in the industry. We have negotiated incredible rates with UPS and USPS that allow us to ship our products to customers at extremely competitive prices. In addition, UPS and USPS provides each of our customers within the contiguous 48 states and Canada with a tracking number (which will be sent by e-mail as soon as we receive them) this allows our customers to track their packages to their doorstep!
Tracking numbers will be sent by e-mail as soon as we receive them. Depending on availability, most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days from when we receive your payment.
Please keep in mind that UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes and AP O/FPO addresses.
Please be sure that your shipping address is correct and that you supply a valid e-mail address. We find that many people do not update their eBay and/or Pay pal accounts with current information.
Note: When paying by credit card some orders may only be shipped to current billing address.
We will send a shipping notification to you when your item has been shipped. Please note that some e-mail servers delete certain unidentified e-mails as spam, or deliver them to your junk mail folder. In this case you may not receive your tacking number.
While we try to accommodate all of our customers, any special requests made while placing your order can not be guaranteed during the shipping process (including but not limited to having orders shipped to one place, but have all literature and invoices mailed to another location, thank you cards, or order notes such as leaving at side door etc.) Although we all strive to perform at the highest level possible, we know that mistakes will sometimes be made. While we try to complete all instructions, under no circumstances will any special order product be accepted for a return, or will shipping and or related charges be refunded.
Important for International Buyers: We value our international buyers and ship all international orders UPS. We declare the total sale value on all shipping and customs documents. You may be charged some additional fees upon the delivery of your item. These may include, but are not limited to: customs taxes, VAT taxes, import duties, and custom clearance fees. Please be aware that we will take no responsibility for these or any other additional charges; the buyer is fully responsible. If you are unwilling to pay these charges, please do not bid this item.
Please keep this in mind when purchasing gifts that will be shipped internationally to the gift recipient's address. They will receive notification that additional charges will need to be paid before the order can be delivered.
