A few additional notes:

The machine comes with a "scan disk" card reader.  This is the same type of disk that you would use in a digital camera.   It also comes with the USB cable to directly connect to your computer

The monitor is full color.

I am willing to deliver the machine and table if you live within 50 miles of Chicago.  BUT, you need to make sure that you have two people available to move the machine/table once I get there.  It weighs 80 lbs and I definitely can't lift it.

I have all the manuals for the machine, plus a training manual. 

I probably only averaged 7-8 hours of run time per week.  The machine has sat idle for the last 6 months, but I've kept up the oiling and cleaning.
