| Why do we sell so, ummm......, inexpensively?
It's a win-win situation for both of us. You get the opportunity to join RCI and take advantage of a membership with them. We get a resort sold and out of our inventory. Yes, unlike most timeshare resale companies, we take full ownership of most of the resorts we list. That means if we don't sell them, we pay the maintenance fees. It's not so bad with one or two, but try that with several hundred! We also get a customer that knows more about us, and timeshare. Business owners agree, past customers are your best source for new customers (if you take care of them properly).

The Rushes offers 2800 feet of sand beach frontage on Kangaroo Lake . Select cutting and trimming of trees provides views from the condominium units and access to the lake. Complimentary water front amenities include: sailboats, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, and fishing boats. Year around recreation center, including indoor pool, whirlpool, steam room, exercise room and lounge area. Seasonal recreational equipment is available for your use, from cross country skis, boots and poles, to bicycles and ice skates.
