Whimsical and in excellent condition Talbots size 8 navy blue and white ladies print cap sleeve ballet neck dress.  The pattern has dog walking and shopping ladies, and ladies drinking coffee along with other decorative prints.  On the hem is a navy/white stripe pleated trim.  Fully lined. The measurements are:

  • 100% cotton
