Usages - Garage Floor Tile, commercial showroom displays, trade

Easy
installation - There is no surface preparation required other than
to sweep the floor clean. The tiles install without using any
tools or adhesives. Just interlock the tiles together by hand. An
average garage can be installed in about 1 to 2 hours.
Durability
- Our garage floor tiles are made of High-Impact Copolymer so the
tiles are very lightweight. Yet, they are strong and tough enough to sustain
the weight of heavy vehicles. The tiles won't fade in color,
rust, or corrode, so they will keep your garage floor looking bright
and fashionable for years to come. They have been tested by
Consumer Testing Laboratories, Inc. for ease to clean,
workmanship, and stain resistance. The floor tiles are not easily
affected by petroleum products such as grease, oil, or gasoline.
Maintenance
- To clean the tile, you can sweep up any dirt and simply spot
clean with water and a mild soap and then wipe dry.

Easy Installation
| Preparation |
Start with a clean swept floor. Make sure nothing is protruding up from
the floor. You must have a flat surface to install garage tile.
|

Assembly
|
Note: In some instances where the floor
is very smooth, we recommend the use of a double sided tape. It
can be used along the outside edge and two diagonal lines forming an
"X" through the floor.
Hint: To save time, you should have
the the designed lay out of the color combination prior to start laying
out the tile.
Step 1: Start by laying the first
tile at a corner of the garage as show on Figure 1. Please review
Figure 2 before proceeding. Each tile has 4 female loops. Make sure
they are facing the same direction (see Figure 2).
Step 2: Work in one direction. Align each tile so
that one flat edge goes across the front of the garage opening and the
other flat edge follows the wall line. Each tab will be even with the
loop. Apply firm pressure downward toward loop. Tiles will snap snugly
into place.
Step 3: Build an “L” shape and fill in with the
pattern of your choice (see Figure 3). The tile will expand and
contract as time passes. Make sure you leave a 1/2 inch gap for outside
edge to expand and contract.
Depending
on the complexity of the design you are creating, most garages can be
installed in approximately 1 - 2 hours.
