By Bidding on this auction, you are agreeing to:

1. Arrange for payment to ARRIVE within 3-4 days of auction's close for all forms of payment with PAYPAL. 
2. All items come from a smoke free home. There might be a stray cat hair because I do own a cat.  If that is a problem for you-DO NOT BID. 
3. Clothing will wrinkle in the shipping process, please be aware of this prior to bidding. 
4. Measurements are best approx, measured by industry standards.  Please ask questions and ensure proper fit prior to bidding. No bids will be retracted or removed.
5. Accept that ALL sales are FINAL and no refunds on items OR shipping costs.
6. Items that are NEW/NWT are listed as such.  Tags must stay attached for return.
7. Please allow 1 week for processing. 
8. I DO COMBINE shipping.  If you win 2 or more items within a 7 day period, please request a new invoice.  Shipping discount cannot be given after individual payments
9. Questions about other bidding, i.e. “BUY NOW” will not be answered during the listing.
10. There are NO SPOTS on the garments – any spots seen are from camera glare or shine thru reflections from the plastic form.
11. Positive feedback is given soon after payment is received.

Return Policy

• All items are sold AS IS.  Returns are accepted ONLY if there was an error in the listing.  Every effort is made to ensure a pleasurable transaction.
• Buyer must contact to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item.
• ALL items must be returned in its original condition. Returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered in any way, will NOT be granted a refund.  Buyer REGRET WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  No shipping charges refunded.
• No refunds for size disputes; please check measurements and ask questions before bidding. If I have made an error, understand it is not intentional and I will try to satisfy you in our transaction if given a fair chance.
