You are bidding on a precision new Single Mode Blu-ray blue violet laser diode module.
Laser diodes are rated for Class IIIb 150mW @405-410nm CW extract from never used Blu-Ray Driver.
Eventhough this diode can drive up to 300mW The ideal range for these diodes are known as 100mW- 125mW.
This module use acrylic lens but can order optional glass lens( $12) . 

Max Output : ~150mW(1st transition - need heat sink)
Max Current : ~110mA(recommand)
Threshold Current : ~30mA(~4V)
Operation Voltage :  ~5V
Wave Length : 400 - 410 nm
Diode : TO-18 5.6mm can
Module : 12mm diameter x 30mm length
                  Lead wire 30cm(Red plus[+], Black minus[-]) with 2.5mm pitch Connector.
ALL :  Assembled and inspected from licenced company.
PCB can change without notice for improve.

 

Constant current driver kit  include  some safety circuit for laser diode protection- 9 part(except 9V clip) include Pre-routed PCB, silk screen printed.
Circuits included some filter, max current limit(about 150mW) for protect from over current, capacitor discharge and reverse current protection.
I ship copy of driver schematic and layout for easy place parts.
Input Voltage range from 8 V to 20V(eventhough IC can drive 37V I limit it to 20V for safety)
Eventhough constant current driver can make by 5(include PCB) component, it is very easy to kill your laser diode.
It is possible remove maximum current limit resistor for 10 component but I don't recommand because it is easy to kill your diode.

C2 can remove but I don't recommand for protect from surge and EMI.

If you don't want driver kit you can order optional 35 x 30 mm 100mA output inverting PWM constant current driver at $25(ship without driver kit).
All SMD except switch and connector,  2.7-6.5V DC input(can use 3V, 4.5V, 6V battery)

Also possible order low cost($10) 105mA ready installed mini(10x25x4mm) SMD constant driver module,  8-15V DC input(can use 9V, 12V battery)
