This is Fisher Price THE NIGHT AT THE BALL (2003) set, now retired.  It is an accessory that goes nicely with the gray / grey version of the Li'l Kingdom Castle. 
It consists of :

1. Prince
2. Princess
3. Royal Gazebo with special rotating posts on its "dance" floor
4. Carriage with "golden" door that opens and shuts
5. Vhtf* white Royal Horse with pink flower emblem (detachable)
6. A "stone" fence section with bed of roses that can connect to a castle post, if desired.

The Prince and Princess are opening the evening's celebration by dancing together while overhead the clock shows its way towards midnight.

In the land of current Fisher Price Little People, the blond boy is called Eddie and the black-haired girl is Sonya Lee.  Both in VGUC.

They are shown in the dance pavillion with 2 posts that hold the LP.  The posts, with or without figures stuck on them, can rotate by means of a purple dial at the base in front.  There is a litho of a clock face overhead.  The white gates can open and shut.

The special pink carriage was made for this set.  It has a golden yellow door that can open and shut.  It attaches directly to, and can be detached from, the rump of the pretty white horse with the rose emblem on its blanket. Any LP figure can "ride" the horse.

All used toys offered for sale in my YMAGYK store have been lightly cleaned.   They may have some slight flaws from normal play, such as fine scratches, paint rubs, and so on.   I describe items as best I can, and do my best to mention any defect that is noticeable. 


SHIPPING:
Canada Post requires that items measuring over 2/3" (2 cm) in thickness must travel by parcel post. That means, even if figures go in a padded envelope, the rate is the same as for a small box.  The lowest rate (including a minimal handling fee of $0.50) is about US $6.50. For small items, such as Fisher-Price Little People, playset accessories and furnishings, or small collectible / collectable cartoon and movie figures,  you can usually get 7 for that rate.
