This is a beautiful Christmas dress that is the red in color with matching hat.  The dress is polyester and spandex, trimmed with faux fur and has sparkles throughout the dress.  As you can see in the picture, has a belted waist that just adds to this beautiful dress.  The Absolutely gorgeous dress!
