If anyone needs a dress for a colonial play (usually the kids perform pilgrim plays around Thanksgiving), or a reactment, my daughter needed one when she was 5. My daughter is now 15.vThis is at a great price to wear for a production. It has a velevety bottom and the top is pink. The velvet is like a cranberry or marroon color. It will definitely fit a size 4. I will give you the measurements, because I also think it will fit up to a 6, but plese use the measurements. LENGTH 34", WAIST 22" (There is elastic around the waist so it will stretch somewhat), CHEST 20: Again, second hand, but it will save you some money of having one handmade or purchasing something that is out of a package. You can also place a white apron over the bodice if you want to make it look more colonial.
