You are bidding on a: 1934 A CENTURY OF PROGRESS, CHICAGO, BANK MADE BY THE AMERICAN CAN COMPANY (CANCO) This tin can Bank is still absolutely beautiful!! The pictures on the Bank are near perfect, with minimal wear. The Bottom of the Bank, see picture #5, shows the most wear. The Bottom has a removal piece so you can get out your money. The Top of the Bank, see picture #4, is really in great shape. There are NO dents on the Bank. The Bank measures 2-1/8" in diameter, and is 3-1/2" tall. The panaramic artwork is really a great example of the Art Deco of the times. This is one of the finest Banks I have seen from the Century of Progress. This Bank was actually produced at the American Can Company exhibit at the Fair!! A GREAT ADDITION TO YOUR COLLECTION!! |
