The pants are Briggs easycare, size 26W, which might be a 2x or 3x.  It has a single button front closure, front pleats, 2 front slash pockets and 4 inches of elastic on both sides.  I bought the pants at JC Penneys Outlet store for the black belt.  If I can find the narrow black belt, I'll include it, since I don't wear it.  These pants will fit woman with more hip than waist (unlike me whose waist is is just a few inches smaller than her hips).

Waist:  43 inches, stretches 4 more inches to a 47

Hips:  59 inches

Rise:  16 inches

Inseam:  30 inches

Material is 65% Polyester, 35% Rayon.

Machine wash warm with like colors, dry low - remove promptly, low iron if needed.
