Buyer is responsible for all S&H fees....insurance is optional.  Seller is not responsible for lost and under-insured/uninsured packages.  All auctions won above the value of $50 will include delivery confirmation.  I do ship worldwide but request that all International Bidders please e-mail me at jchsin@aol.com before bidding for International S&H rates and USPS International mailing services.
