We are selling a group of buildings from an estate.  These building are built up (unless stated otherwise) and are not perfect.  They appear quite old and may be missing some small parts, but in most cases are near complete.  We have taken great pains to give you pictures of the buildings that represent them honestly.  Any problems with condition that we see will be described to the best of our ability.   All items are sold "as-is" with no guarantees and are priced accordingly, so if you have any questions, please contact us before you bid.

Payments due within 5 days of auction close.  Paypal is the preferred method of payment.  All orders are sent out within five (5) business days after receipt of cleared payment (if you pay via echeck we will have to wait until your payment clears).   When you see our feedback, you know your item has been sent to you.  We leave feedback for every transaction.  We ship via USPS with tracking.  We pack every item very carefully as though we were buying it ourselves.  We want you to get your item in the same condition it left us.   We will ship items purchased at the same time together.

Shipping/handling:   We ship to United States only.  $6.00 shipping/handling for first item.  Each additional item purchased and paid for at the same time on the same weekend: $2.00.  Items must be purchased in same weekend and paid for together.  If you are bidding on multiple items, do not check out or pay until all of your auctions are over.  Your discount will be calculated automatically by paypal or we will send you an invoice.  If you pay for items separately, there is no discount - we reserve the right to send items together.
