As stated on the ticket:

This voucher provides the bearer the opportunity to use the "AAA Diamond Parking" spaces at the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom during regular operating hours. Present this voucher to the Auto Plaza attendant at the Theme Parks with a valid resort ID or theme park ticket. Parking subject to availability. Block out dates and parking locations may be changed or discontinued without notice and without liability. The voucher is NOT VALID for complimentary parking OR admission to any of the named Theme Parks. Guests at Disney World owned resorts receive free parking, so if you're staying on site you TOO can benefit!
