General
Q: I don't see the item I'm looking for listed, do you have one in stock?
A: We carry many products and not all of them are listed on Ebay. If there is a golf club that you are interested in that we do not have a listing for, please contact us and we will be glad to set you up a listing for that product. With golf shoes and apparel, we list all of the sizes and colors that we have in stock, so if it is not currently listed we don't have it.
Q: I've purchased an item from you, and after some use, the item became defective. What should I do?
A: Unfortunately if this happens, it is out of our hands as an Ebay seller. What you can do is go to a local shop or retailer and ask if they will set you up a return with the manufacturer. Most items that we carry are covered under warranty by the original manufacturer, and they should repair the defective item free of cost.
Q: Is the item for sale 100 percent authentic and genuine?
A: Yes! We have not and will not ever sell counterfeit golf items.
Shipping
Q: When will my item ship?
A: We try to ship all of our items within 24 hours of payment, with exception of any of item purchased after 12 PM eastern on Friday. Everything purchased after this point will be shipped on the following Monday.
Q: Where can I find the tracking number for my item?
A: The tracking number can be found by clicking the 'Order Details' link on the completed listing of the item you have purchased. The tracking number will be made available once the item is marked as shipped.
Q: What address do you ship to, and how can I change my desired shipping address?
A: We will always ship to the address that you have registered in your Ebay Profile. If this is not the correct or desired address, you will need to change it in your Ebay profile prior to purchasing from us. We do not accept responsibility if the provided address is not the desired shipping address. If this happens, the buyer will need to arrange to receive their item from that address.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: All of our shipping rates can be found by clicking the Shipping and Payments button above the item description. We try to provide fair shipping prices from both our end, and for our customers. All International shipments are sent through USPS. Our international rates are fixed. Generally there will be one price for Canada, and one price for all other Worldwide shipping. Most domestic items are shipped UPS, with the exception of items weighing less than 1.5 pounds, they are shipped USPS.
Q: Can you ship to an APO, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
A: Yes. For all of the above destinations, we will ship USPS.
Q: Will you ship using my personal Fedex or DHL account number?
A: No, we do not ship with Fedex, and are only setup to ship with UPS and USPS.
Q: Will you combine shipping if I purchase multiple items?
A: Yes, assuming they will both fit in the same box (i.e, golf bag and driver may require two boxes). When checking out, go ahead and pay all of the shipping charges you are asked to. I will then refund all but the applicable charges.
Payments
Q: I do not have a Paypal account, will you any other form of payment?
A: No. Because of the volume of transactions completed daily, we are unable to take any other form of payment other than Paypal.
Returns and Exchanges
Q: I was accidentally shipped a different item than the one I purchased, what next?
A: Although we do everything we can to avoid this situation, errors do happen from time to time. If this happens, please notify us, and we will first email you a return shipping label. Once you've received the shipping label and sent the package off, we will mail out the correct item (assuming it is in stock). If it is out of stock for some reason, you will be refunded in full. The item must remain in the same condition as it was shipped. If a new item becomes used, it cannot be exchanged for a new item. Please make sure you've received the correct item before using it. Q: I accidentally ordered a different item than I meant to order, what can I do?
A: If you realize you've purchased the wrong item and notify us before they are shipped, we will substitute it for the correct item. Once the item is shipped out, we are only responsible for sending the customer the item advertised in the listing.
Q: I ordered the wrong size/spec item, can I exchange it for a different item with you?
A: Yes, but on a few conditions. First, new items must still be in new and unused condition. Second, we must have the item you desire currently listed and in stock. Finally, the buyer will pay both ends of shipping if they desire to exchange an item.
Q: What happens if I purchase an item that was out of stock or there was an error in the listing?
A: This is also another condition we try to avoid, but occasionally does happen. If we discover your item is no longer in stock, we will notify you through an Ebay message, and immediately refund you through Paypal. If there is a comparable item that we have listed that you would like instead, we will ship that one out instead. After you are refunded, we will send you a transaction cancellation request through ebay.
