Just in time for the Holiday's!
30+ years old, this solid wood diningroom set needs a new home. There is some wear and tear, but still has a lot of life left! I am not sure what the wood is or exactly how old this is. As the pictures show, the table has a small paint smear on the side end edge, the fabric on the chairs is wearing but still cushy and a few small stains that I will try to remove prior to your pickup, and slight water damage to the middle of the table from where a vase was that tipped over and left overnight before I noticed what had happened (but not very noticable). Being over 30 years old this set is in really good shape and sturdy. Also included are two leafs to extend the table from 76" / 42" up to 100" in length (each leaf adds 12" to the length). Cabinet and hutch are two separte pieces and not connected - this will make it easy to move without damaging it. This comes from a smoke free home.
