Specifications: AS IS.  Golf car runs.  Front suspension is weak as shown in the photos.  The electrical system is fine, the batteries take a charge and the cart goes in both forward and reverse.  Great winter project car.  The front cowl is scratched from use in a fleet of similar cars.  When this golf cart is parked too close to another one just like this car.  The box on one car rubs on the front cowl, rubbing is what made the scratches.
