This Blue Fish from Dr. Seuss from Kohl's Cares for Kids was a gift to my daughter.  The tag was removed because she is quite young.  My daughter never took a liking to the toy & has sat on a shelf the whole time it has been in our home.  I would say it is new minus the tag.  Pet free & smoke free home.  Paypal only.  Ship in the United States only.  Shipping & handling is $8.00.
