I am the author of the self-help book, FEELING GOOD ABOUT ME. This is a unique, fun and easy to use guidebook for children of all ages. It utilitizes movement and imagery to encourage young readers to use their IMAGINATION. Consistent use of this book empowers readers to change negative thoughts and/or feelings to positive thoughts and/or feelings. For example, a fourth grader was given the book FEELING GOOD ABOUT ME and she decided to do some of the exercises before taking her SRI test. As a result the little girl felt really good about herself. This time she scored over 300 points higher on the test. People doing Inner Child work can also benefit from using this book.
