Brand new in box. I purchased these at Dillards when my baby was brand new and when I got them out for him to wear he already had outgrown them. These have never been worn! One thing to mention is that when I got these out of the box 6 months later I realized that there is no insole inside. They were missing when I purchased them and I couldn't return them because it had been to long. Anyways these would most likely fit your baby who is not yet walking so it makes no difference anyways they will just look like a little man in them! SO CUTE! Look just like dads!
