? No refunds or exchanges on items returned without an RMA (Return Material Authorization)

For return reasons that we are not responsible for, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee applies to reasons including didn't want or like, slightly damage box, brand new units being opened, wrong color, etc.
? Many of our items are new and never owned or registered by anyone, therefore you are the original owner and can register the product either online or through mail for warranty purposes.
