Some of the items come from thrift stores, estate auctions, yard sales and friends. If it is older there is a chance it is going to need TLC. Please be aware of this. We are not experts, nor CLAIM to be an expert on anything we sell/list. All items are pre-owned or used which means they are not new, unless stated otherwise. We will note any/all major flaws in the description that we see or that we are aware of. We will also note if the item in is great condition. SO PLEASE---ASK QUESTIONS! If you are concerned about a taped box or a minor scratch, please don't bid on my auctions. Sometimes the small stuff is overlooked because it does not bother us. We realize the importance of describing items in as much detail as possible. However, items are described and photographed to the best of our ability and an omission is merely due to our lack of knowledge only, not on purpose. We buy from e-bay also so we know and understand the importance. We encourage you to look at the photographs carefully we work hard on presenting as many detailed photographs as possible to ensure you will know what you are spending your hard earned money on. Unless otherwise noted, items are used and; therefore, are not offered with any warranties or guarantees - all items are sold "as is." We do not put stuff on eBay that we wouldn't buy ourselves, condition wise. RETURNS: We do not accept returns, unless we have grossly misrepresented an item. We are only human and do make mistakes. Should we decide together that an item is to be returned for a refund the following must apply or we will not accept the return: 1. You must contact us, via E-BAY E-MAIL ONLY, within 24 hours after receipt of your item with any discrepancies. If you return the item to us without authorization (e-mail agreement), it will be REFUSED. Please note: Date received verified via Delivery Confirmation. 2. Item must be returned within 2 days after you have received the e-mail from us stating we will accept the return. That means the postal date of the return on your end must be within 2 days of our e-mail authorizing the return. 3. SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Buyer will pay ALL COSTS INVOLVED in dealing with returns. We will only refund the amount paid for the item, period, no questions asked. Shipping is part of the transaction and not the product. If these stipulations are not followed, you may only receive a partial refund, if at all. We do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse. It is up to you to read our policy. Please keep in mind that we have no control over how the postal carrier will handle your package once it is shipped. If you receive a damaged item you will need to file a claim with the post office. It is your responsibility to purchase additional insurance when you check out. We will package your purchase as best as we can. We would NEVER list an item that did not work without telling you did not work. We have been a victim of this kind of fraud and we are firm on this policy. FEEDBACK: Please post positive feedback upon receipt of your item, this will serve as confirmation that you received your item, and will remind us to post positive feedback for you. If you are not happy with your purchase, please try to resolve any issues with us before placing negative feedback. 99.9 percent of the negative feedback is posted in haste or fraudulently, by inexperienced e-Bayer's who have not read eBay's policy guidelines in that they should try to rectify the problem before posting. In the end no one deserves negative feedback unless you are truly dishonest! Keep in mind that feedback is meant to be used by sellers, as well, in expressing how they felt about a buyer and the overall transaction. If you post negative feedback without trying to at least resolve the issue with us first, you are guaranteed to receive a negative by us letting the rest of the E-bay world know why and how. We only leave feedback after the customer leaves feedback. We want you to have the merchandise in your hands and to give us the opportunity to serve you, the customer. Bidders leaving negative feedback without giving us the opportunity to serve you can expect the same in return. Again, as stated above, non paying bidders can also expect negative feedback.
