On offer is an examination of the local legends pertaining to Glastonbury, a town
steeped in historical stories of King Arthur, the Holy Grail and supernatural and
extraterrestrial activities. The typescript text includes some illustrative drawings.
184 pages. Approximately 21 x 16 x 1 cm. The book is in good condition, with a
sound and square binding. It has some edge and corner wear. There is a partially
erased price and a smudge mark on the front cover. There appears to be no internal marks.
Our books are graded as follows: FINE - Nearly as new; VERY GOOD - Will have some wear and
possibly a name or inscription inside. Jacket might be price clipped.; GOOD - Wear evident; Obviously
second-hand. Complete, with possible price-clipping to dustjacket. FAIR - Not great. Boards may be warped. Preliminary
pages may be missing. May have markings inside. Reading copy only. In applying these grades we may add a "plus" or "minus" to the grade to narrow in on
a book's condition.
