·       BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Absolutely STUNNING LIVINGROOM set made by AMERICAN HEIRLOOM. This is a Country style livingroom set. Contains the following pieces:

· AMAZING Wood corner curio cabinet (3" wide x 1.5" deep x 6" high)

· Sofa with wooden feet (5.5" wide x 2.25 deep x 3.5" high)

· Chairs - TWO with wooden feet (2.75" wide x 2 deep x 3.5" high)

· Coffee Table with drawer (4" wide x 2 deep x 1.75" high)

· Sideboard Table with 2 drawers (4.5" wide x 2 deep x 2.5" high)

· Mirror!  (2" wide x 2" high)

·       The doors open to the corner curio and the top has shelves to store all the stuff you keep in a house! This is a REALLY cute set! This is a fabulously made set of furniture. 

     Knobs on drawers are a matching deep green hue or wood. The drawers open to both of the tables.

I was able to find a local liquidator that was closing out some beautiful items and can offer them to you significantly below retail!! I know I love a bargain and so will you.

I am taking advantage of these low prices to buy some new clothes for myself at these low prices. Hopefully you will do the same for yourself, a friend or as a gift. The holidays are NOT that far away!!!

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Item will be shipped anywhere in the Continental U.S. for a flat rate of $12.00 for UPS which includes free insurance for all orders. THIS REQUIRES A STREET ADDRESS—NOT A POST OFFICE BOX.  I will gladly ship to your home or office address but can NOT ship to POB addresses. I have had too many problems and too much damage from the post office.

 For each additional auction that you win, we will combine shipping—add $4 shipping for each additional item. IN ORDER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DISCOUNTED / COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNT YOU MUST MAKE ONE, COMBINED PAYMENT! IF YOU MAY SEPARATE PAYEMENTS—NO DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED.

Shipments to Alaska,  Hawaii and APO's that are over 1 pound will incur additional expense and you must confirm shipping cost before sending payment!!

If you are bidding on multiple auctions, you do NOT need to contact me until you are done. I am pretty liberal about letting winners combine shipping and you can bid for up to a week or two before making payment, if you need to combine orders!

Most items ship within 72 hours of receipt of payment (excluding the weekend).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :

We are happy to ship outside of the United States (including Canada and Europe.) Postage will be actual cost PLUS a $5 handling fee with a minimum shipping charge of $12.00.

All international shipping will be via US AIRMAIL. Insurance is available for an additional cost if it is available to your country.

MOST SHIPPING TO CANADA IS THE SAME COST AS THE US AND I CAN USUALLY SHIP IT UPS SO YOU ALSO GET THE INSURANCE. It still will incur the handling fee since it requires special handling and that I fill out paperwork but shipping is not usually too much higher than in the USA.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Winning bidder must respond within 3 days of auction closing to let me know method of payment and shipping address. Credit card payments are only accepted through Paypal.
