I WILL NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA.  PLEASE DO NOT ASK- I WILL NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS.  I WILL SHIP TO MILITARY ADDRESSES- BUT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ITEM IS LOST IN THE MAIL- THAT IS 100% YOUR RISK.

I will combine shipping, however, due to different weights of the items, please email me in regards to the items you are interested in and I will tell you the cost for combined shipping & handling.  Because I charge exact shipping charges plus a small fee, combining items may or may not result in savings- if you purchase more than one item I will figure out the most economical way to get it to you.

Please read in entirety before bidding.  If you have any questions, please ask me.  I am not doing this to be ‘mean’ or ‘rude’ but doing this to save me hassle in the future.

First and foremost, I do not have the time to deal with rude buyers.  Nor should I have to.  If you need to use vulgar, inappropriate language, do not bid on my items.  If you feel the need to send me snippy email messages, please shop elsewhere.  This is a business transaction and I will treat you with respect and expect the same from you.

Your personal satisfaction is important.  If you have ANY questions about an item, please ask me BEFORE you bid.  I am NOT responsible for your personal dissatisfaction after you purchase this item.  By placing a bid, you agree that you will not leave negative feedback based upon your neglect to ask questions and subsequent personal dissatisfaction of item.  (Example, you were dissatisfied with the fabric of item- that is not my fault- you could have asked for further clarifications if you were unsure.  I try to list as specific as I can, however, if you want more information I am happy to provide it to you.)

Please read description carefully before bidding- you will get what is listed, I promise!  (And if some mistake happens- you order red shoes and get blue pants- I will rectify the situation, but if you get what was described in the condition it was described, except for problems caused by the post office which are not my responsibility, I’m sorry, but the item is yours.) 

I try my best to examine all items and list their status to the best of my ability.  However, I am human, and I am not 100% perfect.  I can miss things.  If for some reason I overlooked something, email me and we will figure out a remedy.  I normally do not offer refunds, however, if our agreed upon ‘remedy’ is a refund, you will pay to ship the item back to me and I will refund the purchase price of the item & exact shipping costs (I keep handling fees) upon receipt of the item.  Item must be postmarked within 10 (ten) days of me telling you that I will issue a refund.

BIDDING/PAYMENT: If you have no intent to pay, do not bid.  Payment is expected within 3 days of end of auction.  I will file unpaid bidder claim on the 7^th day of an unpaid bid (the date when ebay allows me to file the claim) unless prior arrangements have been made with me.  I will make every effort to ship out your item within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.  Unpaid bidders will receive appropriate feedback. 

FEEDBACK:  After you leave me feedback, I will leave feedback for you.

HANDLING COSTS:  I have weighed your item, estimated shipping costs and have added $2  to the cost to cover my handling costs & paypal fees.  If you have concerns with my shipping costs, please shop elsewhere.  I am doing the best I can to keep shipping costs low, however, I have to package the item as well as drive it to the Post Office- unfortunately that is not free!
