You will still be responsible if you do not agree to the terms once the auction has been won.

Andertech Auctions will warrant equipment for a period of 30 days from the date the equipment is delivered to you.   This includes the equipment and its components (except for batteries) BATTERIES THAT ACCOMPANY A COMPUTER ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. If the equipment fails because of a defect in material or workmanship and you notify Andertech Auctions during the warranty period, Andertech Auctions will repair the equipment at no cost to you. If the equipment cannot be repaired in a cost-effective manner, as determined by Andertech Auctions, then we will replace the equipment with a substantially comparable item. If no comparable equipment is available, Andertech Auctions will refund the full purchase price. If you refuse our offer to repair or replace the equipment, you will receive a refund of the purchase price less a 20% handling charge. In order for this warranty to apply, you must contact Andertech Auctions and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization

(RMA) number, You will then need to send the equipment to us at your cost. If the returned equipment is defective Andertech Auctions will pay the cost of shipping it back. If the equipment is not defective or is subject to the following paragraph, you must pay the cost of shipping. This warranty does not apply to any failure caused by:

1. Physical abuse of the equipment or any component including, but not limited to, any act of vandalism
2. Any alteration, modification, addition, or repair made during the warranty period by anyone other than Andertech Auction’s technicians(this does include software).
3. Any accident or damage resulting from fire, water, wind, hail, lightning, earthquake, theft, nuclear reaction, or similar cause originating outside the components of the equipment
4. Damage to any component as a result of improper handling or shipment of the component by you or your employees.

If Andertech Auction determines that the equipment is not defective, or that the failure arises from one of the causes identified in this paragraph, in addition to all shipping costs, you will be charged and must pay a testing fee of $50.00.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy that you have against Andertech Auctions. This exclusive remedy will not have failed its essential purpose as long as Andertech Auctions is willing and able to repair or replace the defective parts or refund the purchase price. Andertech Auctions maximum liability for a breach of this warranty is the purchase price of the equipment. If you return equipment that you do not want, you will be charged and must pay a restocking fee of 20% of your purchase price of the equipment.

ALL BIDDERS WHO DO NOT FINISH AUCTIONS WILL BE TURNED INTO EBAY AS A NON PAY BIDDER AND MAY FACE REMOVAL FROM THE EBAY COMMUNITY.
