Up for bid is a wonderful vintage Wade Red Rose Tea figurine - Sea Otter.  It is from the original Canadian Series 1 and is in mint condition.

Red Rose Tea started giving Wade figurines away in their boxes of tea in 1967 in Quebec, Canada, as a promotion.  Eventually the give-away was extended to all of Canada and then in 1983 they came to the United States.  With the exception of the very first pieces, all have fine moulded parallel ridges on the base.  The pieces range in size from 1/2 inch to 1 1/2 inches tall and each has "Wade" and "England" on it.

I have 23 pieces listed plus one assortment and love to combine shippping so have fun and good luck bidding!!!

I mainly sell plus sized clothing but dabble in anything else which interests me. My goal is to have new listings every week and most of the time I succeed. When you do not find any listings from me you can be assured I am visiting grandchildren!!! However, I always come home!!!
