This listing is for the Cornish Tin Mine by David Winter, 1983.  It measures approx 5" by 3 1/2". 

I have 49 of David Winter's charming cottages listed.  They all came from one collector.  Each has a certificate of authenticity and all but two have the original box.  If the cottage is NOT in mint condition I will note the flaw.  Most of the boxes were stored in a basement which at one time was damp so some are not in the best of condition.  All of the cottages were handmade and hand painted at the Studio and Workshops of John Hine Limited under the guidance of David Winter and John Hine.

The more you buy the more you save!!!  When you buy more than one cottage you will pay the shipping on the largest cottage and I'll pick up the shipping on the rest.  Also if you buy 2 cottages you will get a 3rd one for half-price (The least expensive will be the half-price one.)  Better yet, buy 5 cottages and get the 6th one free!! (The least expensive one will be the free cottage.) 

With any multiple purchase please wait for an invoice from me reflecting your savings before you make your payment.  And, satisfaction is always guarenteed!!  If you find and document a flaw I missed you can return the piece for a full refund.

Ginger has free reign in the house except for my E-Bay room. So, none of the clothes I sell has been her resting place!! I mainly sell plus sized clothing but dabble in anything else which interests me. My goal is to have new listings every week and most of the time I succeed. When you do not find any listings from me you can be assured I am visiting grandchildren!!! However, I always come home!!!
