You are looking at the instruction manual for the G.I. Joe Drag Bike from 1972. It's a bit out of shape and has some tears at the seams, but the information is still all there and legible and I don't know if anyone could figure out how to assemble the back pack/drag bike without this!

The flip side has full-color photos of each of the ten Adventure Team Action Backpacks.
