You MUST have a PayPal account. If you'd like a First Class International Mail shipping quote instead of using Priority Mail, you need to contact me first. PLEASE NOTE: PayPal does NOT offer First Class International Mail as a shipping option to eBay Sellers. Therefore, you will NOT receive a designated Tracking Number for your purchase if you choose to ship your item(s) via First Class International Mail. You will only have a Customs' Number for reference when using First Class International Mail as your shipping option.
RETURN POLICY:
7-day, money-back guarantee on most items, with the exception of magazines. Buyer pays for return shipping charges. Please contact me (within 24 hours) if you'd like to return an item, perhaps we can work something out!
SHIPPING INSURANCE:
I package all of my stamps in Bubble-Pack Envelopes for protection, however, I assume no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items once they have been delivered to the Post Office and leave my care. Shipping Insurance is recommended and may be purchased for an additional fee.
