Ceramic figure of what to me looks like a chess piece. It's a beautifully made piece with a lot of detail work. This piece was acquired at a state sale of this couple that collected a lot of Modern art from the Eames era. That's why I'm assuming it is from that era, and also because it has that look. It is signed with two initial that look like JW. It is 10" tall x 8" wide from arm to arm. It's pretty heavy, 5 lbs. In perfect condition, no cracks, chips, nips or repairs.
