Details This pretty skirt is made of soft distressed velvet in a dark holiday green. Mini broom-stick style, shirred elastic waist, full skirt.  Tag says broomstick pleating, twist in a knot after laundering and tumble dry to maintain look.  New with tags, I think it's vintage 80s.  See measurements below.
