the only reason we are listing it is because we have a baby on the way and we have to rearrange things to accommodate for our baby - if we had an extra bedroom or gameroom we would definitely keep it - it was used by my step-daughter every other weekend for a year - so it is in new condition

  • accommodates a twin mattress and boxspring (not included)
  • adjusts to two different height levels
  • includes wooden mattress support slats

i am including the custom made race stripes comforter (glittered fabric) decorative checkered pillow and checkered valance

i paid close to $500 for everything included in this auction

we are in spring, tx near houston and we will be in dallas visiting my mother in law on the weekend of nov. 13 14 15 and we will be in austin for my oldest daughters' gymnastics state competition the weekend of nov. 20 21 22 we will be happy to meet the winner :o)
