This means that the shipping fee will be the displaced amount for US State Residents and Insurance: Insurance is included for all shipments. If you choose to refuse an item due to damage, only refuse the damaged item. Refusing the full shipment can expose your other furniture to damage on the return trip. Return Policy: There is a 7 day guarantee on all purchases. If within 7 days of receipt of your furniture you decide it does not suit your needs, contact our store for return merchandise authorization. Once merchandise is authorized for return and received, it will be inspected. Provided there is no damage, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
