Savonarola Lion head style table with chess set

Item for bid is a Savonarola style table with chess set.  I am not certain that the chess set is original to the table, however there is a drawer in the table that opens on both sides and the chess pieces are made to fit perfectly on the inside. 
All of the information I know I am listing here.  I do not know the age, although from what I've researched, the youngest it could be is 50-60 years old. There are NO markings
anywhere on the table.  I do not know exactly what it weighs.  The marble table top chess board weighs right at 20 lbs by itself.  The rest of the table is entire too awkward for me
to weigh at home, but I'm estimating it would weigh about the same as the slab itself. 

Several of the chess pieces are cracked and/or broken, but they are all there, even the chips.  The slab itself has a crack in it but was put back together, I do not know how.
The wood is in great condition with no major scratches or blemishes. 
I have taken several pictures, so please inspect them before asking me any obvious questions.

As far as shipping goes, the buyer will be responsible for ALL shipping costs.  Once a winner is determined, we will then discuss shipping arrangements.  With an item such as this, I would prefer that it is PROFESSIONALLY packed and shipped.
