Carefully inspect your order when it arrives. 
If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately!
All products which are properly returned are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. 
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the product up to 7 days from the original shipment date of purchase.  
Upon receipt of the product, a return credit for the product cost (less shipping) will be issued. Alternatively, you may choose to receive an "in store" credit for the full purchase price. 
If the product was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. 
For returns caused by delivery attempts to bad addresses, shipments refused by the recipient, or that are undeliverable for any reason other than errors attributed to MyGiftBasketShoppe, there will be a $20.00 minimum charge per order deducted from the refund credit to be issued to customer. 
All products returned must be repacked in the original packaging and include the original packing slip to ensure that it arrives safely. 
If we inadvertently shipped you the incorrect product, we will ship you the correct product upon receipt of the incorrect product at no cost to you.
