You are bidding on a K's Kids Roll Back Toy Police Car. It has a soft cloth top and the base with wheels. When you pull the car back, it rolls forward by itself. You can easily remove the base for easy cleaning of the cloth part. I have 4 different cars. There is a Fire Engine, Taxi, Police Car, and School Bus.

*We ship anywhere in the United States. (We do not ship out of the U.S. at this time.) Alaska and Hawaii may be a little bit higher on shipping.
*I do ship with delivery confirmation. This protects both the buyer and seller.
*You pay the cost of shipping without added fees and handling costs. The cost depends on the items weight and your location. It is calculated automatically for you.
Payment:
*Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. If you can't do this, please let me know and we may be able to work something out.

Combined Shipping:
*We will be happy to combine shipping on auctions ending within 7 days with a request from you.

*Your items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of payment clearing. I usually mail same day if it is before the mail carrier comes and the next day if he/she has already picked up packages for that day.

DETAILED SELLER RATINGS (DSR) EXPLANATION I would like to take a moment of your time to explain the new DSR (Detailed Seller Rating) ratings. The DSR ratings are the 1-5 stars rating you see in my feedback profile and when you leave feedback.
Most people think this 5 tiered rating is like a typical school type grading system where 5 would be an "A" and 4 would be a "B" grade and so on.
Common sense tells most people that giving a 4 star rating out of a possible 5 stars is a very positive rating but they would be wrong. Common sense isn't so common when it comes to ebay rules.
Ebay's DSR grading system is nothing like a school grading system. Ebay consders the seller a failure IF ANY ONE of the four rated categories falls below a 4.3 average.
This means that a rating of 4 is a FAILING GRADE!
In reality the four DSR categories are pass and fail based on 5 as passing and 4 as failing.
The lower the DSR scores the lower I will be listed in a buyer's search ( and a host of other penalties).
I'm not trying to tell you how you should view our transaction. Feedback given is and should be your decision. I only want you to be aware of how Ebay grades and uses the information.
