Big Blue Quartz Indicolite Tourmaline in Quartz Crystal

This is a remarkable specimen from
the Genipapo Mine, Itinga,
Minas Gerais, Brazil.

This huge quartz crystal
formation is filled with
dark blue indicolite tourmaline crystals
causing the host crystal
to appear as blue quartz.

This specimen is
is a hulking and shapely piece
with the blue areas concentrated in
the base rock and indicolite needles sprinkled
in the large quartz crystal
that dominates the front of the piece.
The is surface houses a
fascinating assortment of
smaller crystalline entities and is further decorated with creamy white albite and mica.
This crystal is
a powerful warrior
with assorted empathy scars
and can display
in a variety of positions.

Indicolite is said to assist one in
relating to others in a loving way.
It is also said to facilitate access
to higher levels of intuition,
acting as a vehicle for
visions and contact with higher realms.

This colossal crystal specimen spans
