Payment Policies
Payment is due within 7 days after the auction ends.
Purchases made in MN will be charged 7.625% sales tax.
We accept payment PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Payment via PayPal must ship to your confirmed PayPal address. Payments made by credit card must ship to your billing address.

Shipping Policies
We ship to the lower 48 United States and Canada. We ship via UPS Ground and Common Carrier (Freight); we cannot ship to PO, APO or FPO Boxes.
To ensure the safety of your item, we do not combine shipments.
Items generally ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment – Usually earlier. An email will be sent with tracking information the evening an item ships.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight(shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts--US and International government regulations prohibit such
behavior.
Customer Pickups
Items may be picked up by appointment at our Minnesota facility. Prepayment is required. Pickup hours are 1pm – 4pm Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends and holidays.
Items Listed With a Warranty
Our warranty guarantees that the item will work as described in the body of the ad. It also guarantees that the item will come with the components explicitly listed and shown in the ad.
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the function of the item are not covered under warranty. We do not accept returns based on user error, misuse, software or driver issues, or “buyer’s remorse”.
Repairs or alterations by a third party will render the warranty null and void.

Items sold AS/IS do not come with a warranty. We do not accept returns on items sold AS/IS
